Roger Repstien brings over 45 years of expertise in architecture, engineering, construction management, and design-build services. As the founder of RDC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), he has overseen projects exceeding $4 billion, serving clients from government agencies to private individuals across healthcare, judicial, correctional, and commercial sectors.
